It does look like the state of Rio Grande do Sul is not really with us: It is with the devil instead. Yet, Gravatai is really small and Porto Alegre would have many more inhabitants, so that the vast majority of Rio Grande do Sul should still be with us. Majorly Italian and German descents, these originally white green/blue eyed people, have their own typical rhythms, clothes, attires, costumes, ceremonies, dances, food and all else. After acquiring this information, I concluded that cariocas put this church of the devil in Porto Alegre recently and just because I am always saying people from Porto Alegre are much better than the people in Rio, that it is a much better place, with way less violence and so on.
